Mangatta

Mangatta Silver is crystal clear and smooth on the palate with a slightly sweet finish. It is a Blanco Tequila with a crisp tangy palate. It’s great value for money and works very nicely in cocktails. Conversely, Mangatta Gold is moderately light bodied with a taste of dried herbs and apples. It is a gold-colored Reposado tequila, aged in oak for less than two months before bottling.

Silver – Agave type: Tequila Mixto. Tequila Type: Silver alcohol vol. 40% (80 Proof) Crystal clear and smooth on the palate with a slightly sweet finish. This is Silver Tequila with a crisp tangy palate. Aroma: Sweet vanilla and allspice. Mixed peels, dried flowers and a little cut hay. Taste: Creamy, sweet palate entry with dried grass, roasted agave and honey. Honeyed, spiced finish, crisp and tangy.

Gold – Agave type: Tequila Mixto. Aroma: Light, soft nose with hints of herbs, all spice and apple peel and a little pine oil. Taste: Spicy agave-led palate with creamy caramel and dried herbs. Some sweet-ness lingering, simple easy-going a definite cocktail tequila. Age: 2 months. Barrel: Oak.
